Scope and Confidentiality

This notice applies to email and attachments sent by authorized representatives of navNote AI. A message may contain confidential, proprietary, personal, trade-secret, or legally privileged information intended only for the addressed recipient. This notice supplements, but does not replace, an applicable written agreement.

Messages Received in Error

If you receive a navNote email in error, please notify the sender, permanently delete the message and its attachments, and do not use, copy, disclose, forward, or distribute their contents. Inadvertent transmission is not intended to waive an applicable legal privilege or protection, to the extent permitted by law.

Authority and Transmission Security

Unless expressly stated in a duly authorized writing, email does not by itself create or amend a contract or commit navNote to a transaction. Email can be intercepted, altered, delayed, incomplete, or contain malicious code. Verify sensitive instructions, payment details, credential requests, and unexpected attachments through a trusted channel before acting.

Privacy and Contact
