Terms of Use Overview

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of navNote, the AI OS for retail, including this website, the navNote iOS app, the navNote Android app, the web operations dashboard, the public APIs, and any cloud, on-premise, or hybrid deployment we provide. By creating an account, signing in, or using any navNote service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

navNote is sold as B2B AIaaS to retail chains, CPG brands, merchandising agencies, audit firms, and field-service organizations. Accounts must be created with accurate information, and account credentials must be kept confidential. Don't reverse-engineer the product, don't attempt to abuse rate limits, don't upload content you don't have rights to, and don't use navNote to violate applicable laws.

Customer Data & Deployment

Customer data, stores, tasks, audits, photos, location data, stays the customer's. Cloud deployments run on navNote-managed infrastructure under our DPA. On-premise and hybrid deployments keep data and AI models entirely inside the customer's environment. See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how it's protected.
