What Navigator Is

navNote Navigator is a free, AI-powered discovery network for the retail industry. Ask for what you need in plain English and Navigator searches the directory and returns matching companies and people, with role, location, company type, categories, website, and contact information.

There is no seat license and no CRM to buy. Navigator is open to anyone in the trade, whether or not they are a navNote customer.

How It Works

• Navigator returns matching companies with the reason each one matched.
• Press Connect and navNote writes a personalized introduction email.
• Send it from your own email account, so replies come straight back to you.

Adding your company is free and permanent at /navigator/join. Listings are indexed by search engines, so the rest of the trade can find you whether they start on navNote or on Google.
