How to Sign In
Sign in to navNote, the AI OS for retail, to access your AI operations dashboard, the navNote iOS app, the navNote Android app, and the web console. Three ways to authenticate are supported:
- Email + password, standard credentials with email verification, password-reset, and rate-limited login.
- Google sign-in, one-click OAuth with your Google Workspace or personal Google account.
- Enterprise SSO. SAML / OIDC single sign-on for enterprise customers. Talk to contact@navNote.ai to configure your IdP.
Account Security
navNote enforces strong-password requirements, optional multi-factor authentication, session timeouts, and audit logging for every administrative action. Enterprise customers running navNote on-premise can integrate the sign-in flow with their own identity provider for full data sovereignty, credentials and session tokens never leave their infrastructure.
