Biography

Niklas Kennedy builds the systems retail teams actually touch. He is a mainframe systems engineer at IBM, where the work is measured in uptime and throughput on infrastructure that large enterprises cannot afford to have fail, and a UX/UI developer by training. That combination is why navNote can put an agentic platform in front of store staff who have no interest in how it works.

He co-founded navNote AI with Esmaeil Mousavi in 2025, out of the same Weber State University community where he served as president of the ACM student chapter. He leads engineering, platform, and go-to-market: the native iOS and Android apps, the web operations dashboard, and the interface layer over navNote's agents.
